Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

If you successfully cancel an order before it ships, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. For orders canceled after shipment, please initiate a return as outlined in our return policy.

Please note that if you cancel an order that includes a promotional item, you may need to return the promotional item to receive a full refund. If you choose to keep the promotional item, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund.

Order Modification

If you need to modify an order that has already been placed, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

If you wish to add items to an already placed order, we recommend placing a new order for the additional items. If you need to remove items from an existing order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping and Delivery

Our standard shipping method usually takes 4-8 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

If you need to change the shipping address or shipping method after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. While we will do our best to assist you, please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or method.

Payment

If you refuse a shipment for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, refused shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
